Warren Buffet's son, Howard Buffet, owns two border ranches in southern Arizona. The ranch here, Christiansen compound, has a helicopter pad and some sort of surveillance tower. While it is unknown where the footage from this tower is reviewed by border patrol, Howard is a self proclaimed border vigilante, so it is not unlikely.
